This unit focuses on introducing DNA's structure/function, coding, and RNA.

This is a pear deck of introducing the Central Dogma and going through transcription and translation.

Gene expression Unit
This Unit focuses on gene expression, going over the process of transcript, translation, and protein synthesis. Going over how protein synthesis is essential for genes to be expressed and functions inside the body.

Mutations Unit
This unit focuses on mutations categorized into frameshift vs substitution, goes over what happens to DNA, transcript, translation, and protein synthesis practice.

Virus Unit
This unit focuses on Virus Structures, characteristics, reproduction cycles, and the mechanism of vaccines.
Included is a virus project where students research their own virus, create a model, and record a flipgrid.

Genetic Inheritance Unit
This unit focuses on genetic inheritance, fertilization, meiosis, mendelian genetics, and non-mendelian genetics.

Evolution Unit
The unit focuses on Evidences of Evolution and Mechanisms of Evolution.
